Vows and Robots

If you ever felt that life is great, and that the state of humanity is fine, then I have found a story that will remind you otherwise.  Now I will concede that the story does take place in Japan, but Robots marrying people?

A couple in Japan were married with help from a ceremonial drone, the I-Fairy bot.  These two met in their work in robotics, so thought that it would be a good idea.  Maybe a cool idea, but not one that should have got past the wedding planner.  It isn't even a good looking robot, and it has a silly name.  You may think that I'm grumpy because the i-Fairy wasn't around when I tied the knot, well you're wrong.  There are many places where robots fit into our lives, but the relationships are not one of those places.
